Another one of my favorites, I love doing watercolors. The stamp is "O March" by Penny Black. I used yellow, orange and green Stampin Up markers directly on the stamp with one or two spray mist of water. The verse stamp is by stampabilities and stamped in Memories Black Ink on white cardstock.
